Pros … I can stand on my feet longer without my lower back hurting. I can also walk farther without my hips screaming at me. I actually wore them while cleaning house all day because it helped my legs be so tired and fatigued .. I am a larger woman and these have been great Con: the tag on the tongue with the size irritates the top of my foot … I dont like to wear socks with these slip on shoes, but I have too – only reason i gave them a 4 instead of a 5 Overall… a great shoe Read more

I’ve worn Vionic shoes for years, multiple different styles including a discontinued one similar to the Roza model. Every other pair I’ve owned has been size 10 and has fit fine. Unfortunately these are not sized like other Vionic shoes. The 10 was far too small, both too short and too narrow. They were so tight I checked to make sure I hadn’t accidentally been sent a size 9! I returned the 10 shoes and reordered in size 11. The 11 was huge! Far too long, too wide, and too loose in the heel. Sadly, 10.5 is not available. Read more

I like the arch support in this shoe, but I don’t like the way the shoe is designed to roll up in the toe. On one foot My second toe is longer than my big toe. Very rarely an issue, but this shoe does accentuate the collision that toe has with the toe of the shoe. Nevertheless I like the support so much that I am wearing it very frequently to run around town or drive. Sometime, after a long stretch I take it off and the tip of my long toe is irritated. No way would I be able to fit into the next size without it falling off my foot After a few months I find this my favorite around the house shoe and know that I shouldn’t wear them days on end. I have many foot problems, such as a Morton’s Neuroma on my left foot. Vionic is the first brand of shoes I have been able to wear. I have now bought 5 pairs of their athletic tennis shoes, and this Sport Casual. I am trying to not keep buying because everything fits so well. What is amazing is Vionic’s guarantee. If you wear them outside you can still return to the Vionic site in 30 days (not Amazon) with your receipt and they will refund the money or give you store credit. You need to check with Vionic but that is what I understand. I don’t think Amazon will accept “used” shoes. So I order from Amazon because of their easy return but I already know everything will fit. I have tried many pairs of shoes to find the right one, and this is it. I have naturally flat feet (my birth certificate proves it), so I need the orthotic footbed. This also means I have trouble with toe width and heel width of shoes — the toe needs to be wide, and the heel narrower. I have trouble with shoes gaping open at the sides where my instep should be. Not so in these shoes, because they have elastic bands that allow for stretching to fit your foot shape. I think because of that one feature, they will fit many foot types. I love the color (gray), and the ventilation, as well. They do still slip a bit in the heel area, but I’m sure that’s because I haven’t worn them in yet, and even then, a well-placed heel gripper will do the rest. I haven’t walked a lot in them yet, but I was just so excited that they actually fit, I couldn’t wait to review them. Read more

For many years I have worn only Vionic shoes but I’m starting to think I should switch brands. I always have ordered pretty much the same styles; Either I order slip on sneakers or basic flip flops. The sneakers seem to be less cushioned than in the past. I always order the same size but it the fit always changes. This most current pair are very tight around the area you slip your foot in, have a wide but short area for wear the toes are. Do they fit? Kind of. Are they comfortable? No. There is no cushion. It’s too tight at the top and too short in the toe. Are they the worst shoe? Probably not, at least they have arches. Read more

Fits like a glove. It’s good because you don’t need socks and is really comfortable wearing, it’s bad because you can’t wear regular cotton socks (use nylons or silk if needed) and it cuts into the top of my foot. I don’t know that breaking them in would help with that. I’m overweight/borderline obese. I know from weight history that my physical condition is responsible for it being too tight at top. (I had no idea we carry our some of our weight distribution on our feet.) Still, even though I know my condition is responsible for it not fitting right from the very moment I put it on, that doesn’t mean it won’t do the same for people by the end of the day. After walking, our feet start to swell. If they just cut the tongue of the shoe by an inch or even half an inch, it wouldn’t be a problem. These shoes would look SO cute with jeans or capris. I got them in a purple/ gray color. It’s more lavendar than gray in person, and yet, it’s so versatile for any color outfit. It’s a perfect color because stocky at 5’3”, dark colored shoes make me look shorter. I was worried the light color would dictate my outfits, but it only adds. I really wish I could keep them :(. I bought these to do a lot of walking (3-5 miles/day) at a conference. For the first two days, they were fine. By day 3, it hurt my arches to wear these because the shoe was pressing into my sore feet. I reverted back to my Merrell’s at that point. They may have been worth buying, but also maybe not. If buying these would be financially difficult, maybe look for something else. Also, if you can, try these on after you have stressed your feet with significant walking. That may be the only way to rule out that they will hurt your arches. Read more
