I am a size 11.5 I bought theses in size 12 . They fit nice. With a little room. I went by the reviews. I ropbably would have been ok with 11.5. I just didn’t want anything tight. Prefer a little room, I’m a barber stylist. I wore them today at work . Comfortable and stylish. Read more

I’ve got mixed feelings about this shoe. A few months ago, I bought a pair of these to replace the exact same shoe bought in a store 3 years earlier. They are very comfortable, but the pair I bought only lasted a few months before one of the heels fell off. They were easy to return, so I did return them for a new pair (ordered today). These are normally a very comfortable and durable shoe so my 3 stars is only to get Nunn Bush attention regarding their QC methods…..or go back to drawing board on how to securely attach the heel. Despite the three stars, I’m looking forward to them arriving. Read more

These are definitely “dress shoes”. After a day of walking only a moderate amount my feet were feeling pretty sore. If you are going to do very little activity then maybe these are okay. They do look good. Think ‘form over function’. The leather is not very supple and feels downright rigid. I do a fair amount of walking in my work day and these shoes left my feet feeling pretty bad. Ended up returning because I couldn’t get 12 1/2s and 13 was too big and the shoes leather soles didn’t provide adequate arch support. Got a different brand of loafer with rubber soles and my feet are much happier. Read more

I don’t write many reviews, but these are worth letting people know about. I am hard on shoes and don’t often find a truly comfortable pair that look good and are made well. These are solid without being too heavy, well constructed, and incredibly comfortable. These aren’t your granddad’s penny loafers. They look on the higher end, not like a cheap knock off loafer you grab for 20 bucks at Marchalls. I usually go a half size down for slip on type shoes and this was the right move here. The heal holds well, the top band holds your foot in well without being too tight, and the toe box has perfect amount of room for an average/wide foot. The leather appears nice and is breaking in well after only 4 or five days of wear. No cheesy shine or rigidity like cheap shoes often have. I got the chestnut and they look great with slacks or jeans, perfect every day office shoe in business casual environment. Comfortable to drive in (I spend 3 hours a day commuting) and perfectly comfortable for after work activities on your feet (kids activities, trips to the store, walk around the neighborhood with wife, etc.). I think I’m going to buy a pair in black and maybe another chestnut pair to keep in the closet for when these wear out. Best business casual shoes I’ve owned. Read more

The size was perfect. I ordered an 11 wide, and that’s what I got. Like with all the other pairs of shoes I’ve bought over the last 30 years, I expected to get some blisters, that would go away with in a week or two. But not with these. I had zero problems. I usually there is a period of adjustment, but I never had that with these. They fit great from day 1. I bought this first pair in brown, and I then immediately bought a second pair in black. Love them both. No need for for shoe inserts either. I I’ve always needed them, but not with this brand. Great shoes! Read more

Great looking shoe. They run large for me, but to be fair, I think I’ve been wearing the wrong size shoe for years. Brannock device said I’m a 10.5, but I’ve found I’m closer to a 9 in dress shoes. I ordered these originally in 11, then returned and ordered 10.5 and then returned and then 10, then returned. Amazon is great to work with. Went with 9 in a different style from Nunn Bush. Would recommend, but go down 1 size. Read more

After less than a year of mostly-daily wear, these shoes have worn away to absolute ruin. The soles, heels, toes have all eroded to nothing. The heels are literally gone – breaking away in gigantic chunks as I walk – and the bottoms of both shoes are now actually completely flat. In places the sole is so gone you can poke your finger through to touch the foot inside. I have had to give up wearing them because they’re embarrassingly worn down and the eroded sole makes them uncomfortable to walk on. They look good when you get them, and are pretty comfortable at first, but they won’t last anywhere near as long as they should. Read more
