My daughter and I got these for our Thanksgiving hike in a snowy mountain in Washington. Last year we didn’t have any snowshoes and couldn’t make it through the snow without much effort. Using these made navigating the deeper snow easier. They kept us either above the snow or just slightly below the surface when other footprints were sunk 10-12″ into it. Needless to say we made it to the top and were very pleased. Although our feet were a bit sore from walking in these, they fit well, stayed snug and did their job. With me being just a little under 170 pounds and my daughter being around 200, I bought the size rated for our weight and they were perfect.Read more

Shoes worked great! Poles that came with shoes – strap a little too short to go around wrist with gloves comfortably. Piece on pole that is designed to hold at snow seems too small. Still a good buy.Read more

These snowshoes broke on my first outing with them. They are flimsy. They get 2 stars instead of one only because I was able to return them and get my money back.Read more

Amazing light weight snow shoes for my son. My son just are doing snowshoeing and it’s much more of his favorite thing to do is post to skiing or sledding or snowmobiling. He currently weighs about 60 pounds and rising so these fit perfectly and will probably fit next year as well. Good quality. Came on time and as described. Great for any outdoor activity. He can walk on his own easily. Easy to store we’re not in use. Very happy with the itemRead more

I was looking for a pair of snowshoes that are light in weight and easy to put on. The older pair I had were clunky and difficult to fasten. These are great! I’ve used them several times since purchasing and I wouldn’t even know I have them on. The spikes really keep me safe on certain terrain. They’re also attractive in style. I have yet to use the poles they came with – just have not needed them. The carry case is a plus and keeps everything in place. Very happy!Read more

I purchased this as a gift for Christmas so it hasn’t been used yet. From unboxing the snowshoes I can tell they are a nice weight and they seem sturdy and well made. I can only speculate about the value for the money by saying that we are square one beginners and didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars until we were sure about the activity, so the fact that we can purchase even decent sports equipment for under one hundred dollars seems like a good value for trying out the experience!Read more
