I’ve ordered twice from this companyThere are a lot of fakes sold on AmazonThis company is the real deal and this is a great shoe. I usually wear 11 1/2 amazon recommended 11 1/2 I ordered 11 1/2 and they fit great. Other reviewers have said they fit too tight. I have wide feet. They fit perfectly. Other reviewers have said they couldn’t close the strap at the top. The strap is elastic and was perfect. I personally think some of the very few bad reviews were from a different seller than gear2compete. This is a great shoe and a great company. I will buy from them again. Almost as soon as you order they will send you an email asking if there is anything they can do better and making sure you are happy with your order. It’s getting to the point where I’m almost scared to buy on amazon because of all the cheap china rip off products. It’s even been on the news. It’s was on the news tonight 8/27/18. Amazon needs to crack down on all the cheap imitations it sells. BUY ONLY FROM REAL TRUSTED COMPANIES. I’m not the only review that has endorsed this companyBuy from gear2compete you will not regret your purchaseRead more

There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Although these are boys wrestling shoes they are perfect for leg days at the gym for squatting and deadlifting. They are light , supportive and and really allow me to feel grounded for better lifts. Wrestling shoes are a bit narrower than most so I would pay attention to that when ordering. Otherwise the sizing is correct. I am a women’s 8.5 and ordered a boys size 7. Highly suggest these to anyone who lifts .Read more

I ordered these a month and a half in advance before my sons wrestling season started. 2 weeks into his practicing this started to happen. The sole doesn’t seem to be glued to the bottom very well…Read more

From when I received it, I could tell that this Wrestling Shoe would be a lot better than the ASICS Snapdown and MatFlex for Boxing. The sole is flat, the pivot points are smooth and felt great trying these shoes with Boxing Movements at inside my home’s wooden floors. ASICs makes good wrestling shoes, but I wouldn’t recommend the two models I mentioned because the pivot points (or balls) are elevated and feels like you’re getting un-grounded when you pivot or move, not something most people look for in a shoe used for boxing. However, similar to another reviewer here, before I even tried it on, seems like my shoes was used. The sole was kind of dirty and the tags were missing… so had to return it. Otherwise I definitely would reconsider keeping these shoes.Read more

I wear an 11 Mens in a Samba or Campus by Adidas pretty consistently, but an 11 Mens in these guys is really tight. So if you are wearing them for fashion or everyday, you may find that the next size up works better. I could have made the 11 work with a shoe stretcher, but it was very, very snug and had an odd feel to the balance in the sole relative to my foot.Otherwise, such a great lightweight shoe with just a little hint of support. I really like them for working out and parkour/free-running. Just be aware of the sizing.Read more

It fits as expected and looks great. I mainly use it as gym shoes (when I need flat shoes for certain lifts) and it’s been durable and has caused no issues. It does stain a little easier than expected, especially when rubbed against any rubber grips in the gym equipment.Read more

I was hesitant to purchase these for our son. Love the look, and thought that the Adidas name brand would be still what one would expect. We bought these on Dec 05th, the start of the wrestling season, well it is Jan 14th, 2020, happy new year by the way, and our son came home from wrestling practice and shows me his shoe. He tried to tape the heal to get through practice, but this is absolutely unbelievable…. Thank God for Amazon and the return policy, I figured we would be out the money. BUT WARNING TO ALL WRESTLERS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ADIDAS WRESTLING SHOE, NOT WORTH IT, AND NOW HAVE TO BREAK INA NEW SHOE WITH 1.5 MONTHS LEFT OF THE SEASON….Read more

First, I like the overall design of these Adidas wrestling shoes. Nice and simple. I feel that my ankles are secure. The rubber soles seem well made and a bit hard, but I am able to pivot and flex my toes with no issues. I do not use these kind of shoes specifically for wrestling, but for home workouts, mostly for groundwork, or kicking the sandbag. So, I’ll be focusing on that. Also, I am used to “minimalistic” shoes with wide toe boxes and go barefoot often, so I keep that in mind when wearing training shoes.Initially, I found them tighter than expected, but thought of it as normal. However, the toe box is narrower that my previous pair, and after wearing these for 3 months, I still find them quite tight and rigid. This may speak to their durability, and I was hoping for them to start getting more comfortable by now.In the end, I wish I would’ve gotten the exact model I had before, but I will continue to try to soften these. Again, this is just my experience, as I have feet that are used to spacious room, so your experience may be different, depending on the shape of your feet (as with any shoe out there).Read more
