My girlfriend and I were on the verge of breaking up because I was constantly tracking mud into the apartment and ruining the floors. NOT ANYMORE!The traction on these boots is so strong that I’m able to walk up the walls. The floors are clean and her nagging has stopped. Now all we fight about is her crippling alcoholism and my unhealthy obsession with Anna Kendrick.Read more

seriously getting tired of getting “new” shoes in “This Item has been repackaged “ because bla bla box. Get your QC together Amazon. You charge NEW prices, so send NEW items. What I got was not new – crease and damage in the sole can clearly be visible.Shoe related – This is better than anything I’ve tried on in terms of no nonsense shoe. It’s comfortable, no weird designs on the outside that can push on your toes or ankles. Yes lacing is a tad non-standard but I think that’s what makes this shoe better – many lacing systems (Danner, North Face) can and often does end up poking the ankle area – this one does not. Colorways – beauty is in the eye of the beholder – having said that Dark Blue or Black go well w. Jeans.Read more

Light weight. Super comfy. Its been a week and i love them. They style well. I use them 10hrs a day and they are still soft. Its the perfect everyday, all weather, warehouse work, light duty mechanic sneaker boot. Definitely recommended. Nyc certified.Read more

I got these for hiking in northern Arizona canyons in December. Combined with some merino wool hiking socks my feet were never cold in the 30 degrees temperatures. They are great hiking shoes/boots. They look more like a basketball shoe but feel like hiking boots. Secure around your ankle, stiff all throughout the bottom with just enough give to make walking distances comfortable. Overall very secure, very comfortable, and very cool.Read more

I am incredibly disappointed with this boot. They look great and the tread is pretty good, but after only about 15 miles, 3 hikes in total, the boots are frayed heavily by the ankles and laces, and the rubber/ foam on the heal is peeling and worn. They’re also a little tight on the toes, never had blisters on my big toes until these boots. I have used and trusted Colombia boots my entire life, I am truly disappointed. I bet these won’t last another 20 miles.Read more

I typically wear an 11 in most shoes/boots, but had to size up to 11.5 in these ones. The first pair I received had a bad lace loop, and it ripped off the first time I put them on. The second pair was just fine. The lacing system is a bit weird, and it is nearly impossible to get a snug fit on the foot, but you CAN tighten them up around your ankles pretty well. They look nice, but I’m not sure I would put them to the test of a lot of hiking if you need ankle support.Haven’t tested the waterproofing yet, but I’m sure they’ll work fine. Some other people have commented on the strong smell that these come along with. Very true. Significant off gassing. Let them air out for a day or two, and keep the shoebox in the garage. All of that said, I wear them often and like them overall.Read more

I like these but the laces fray. I bought two pair before a trip and read the reviews when it was too late. So I opted to pull the laces around the back (ie Achilles heel) so I didn’t strain the top eyelet. They still frayed and so I had to change the way I laced them. It’s as though they are new to the shoe industry.Read more

Overall very pleased with these boots. They definitely run small so I am glad I sized up; generally wear a 10.5 but got these in an 11 and honestly probably could have gotten away with 11.5. They weren’t great on the first day wearing them as they were a bit snug, but now that they have broken in a bit they are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own. They seem to be good quality and they kept my feet dry while doing yard work on a rainy day. Overall I would recommend these, but definitely size up.Read more
