They work, when you can keep them on your shoes. I wear a men’s 12W, which makes my shoe a little wider than usual. The elastic portion of these cleats slide around on the shoe, which makes walking a little tricky as it can come completely off.Walking from a bus stop to the store, I’ve had one of these slide completely off my shoe in a patch of icy slush. The other was perhaps six steps from sliding off as well.On the more solid portions of icy road in my area, there’s a satisfying crunchy puncture sound as the metal tips break through the ice to provide some traction.A nub on the opposing side of the cleat to allow it to dig into your existing shoe tread would improve the design by keeping the smooth surface on the inside from sliding around, and would have earned at least one of these stars back. These probably would fit better on a normal size 12 shoe, as opposed to my wide width shoe.Read more

I only used it once as I was on vacation and only needed during once phase of the trip. They slipped on easily over my boots and instead of walking very slowly and deliberately on the ice and snow to not slip, I could walk pretty naturally with no problem. I had bought both a small and medium just to make sure I would have one that fit well on my shoes, but to my surprise I could have used either one (I was suppose to fit in a medium). Don’t know what it would hold up in the long run, but for the time I had them on, they worked well and I felt very safe walking on the ice and snow.Read more

Bad, but better than a broken screen. Great price, and it appears to be very sturdy, but the touch sensitivity of my phone has been horribly reduced. I can barely type anything. Driving me effing crazy leaving this review! This is the second screen protector I’ve used on this phone. The first wasn’t even noticeable, but cost $50, so when it broke i opted for a cheap replacement. I can see now why it’s cheap. I just hope it protects my phone as well as the last one did.Read more

These work great on compacted ice or a dusting of snow, but they CANNOT be worn in actual slush or snowfall of any real amount. Snow and slush get caught between the sole and the rubber piece, which eventually causes them to pop off. I even zip tied them to a pair of boots, but they continued to slip around. Get some chain-type crampons for snow, they will probably work better as there’s nowhere for slush to get caught up in them.Read more

Fabulous for those of us who experience the plebeian versions of local winters. Was introduced by a neighbor, and will not leave home/the house without them. My friend didn’t have any… slipped, broke and dislocated a shoulder, ribs, knee, elbows, whacked her head, stitches… very inexpensive insurance! If you live in the country above Highway 50 you can’t afford to be without several pair in a variety of sizes…Read more

Incredibly frustrated with this screen protector. The adhesive is only around the edge of the screen, so there’s a gap of air between the screen protector and my phone screen. This forces me to press on the screen really hard before it responds to my touch. I’m even more frustrated that I can’t return this item, as I’ve already applied this to my phone. Save your money and buy something else!Read more

I don’t understand why this product got such great reviews. First, the cleaning wipes that the kit came with was dry. The glass was easy enough to apply but there’s a sticky film all around that looks awful. I’m trying to press down and it doesn’t seem to really glue on. The worst part is that my phone has now lost touch sensitivity. I think that Amazon needs to vet these reviews as they don’t seem legitimate. I’m going to try to get my money back. This is a scam.Read more

Got this cause my girlfriends newest hobby is slipping on ice a spilling her coffee everywhere. Normally I find it hilarious but one of the falls resulted in her hurling a full 20 oz coffee into my truck as she went down. I wasn’t laughing as I had to scrub and clean my interior clean in 0 degree weather for an hour. So I got these and now that she has these she hasn’t slipped once and I can still laugh.Read more
