Bindings broke first time I used them. Manufacturer does not reply to email nor phone-calls about it. I have given them plenty of time to get back to me. I guess I will have to make my own replacement bindings. Don’t order these because of the weak bindings an non existent customer service.Read more

The straps/bindings aren’t great on these snowshoes. We tried them briefly w/ a 7 year old but they tend to fall off.Read more

Our 4 year old granddaughter’s strap broke during her first use, about 15 minutes after strapping on the snow shoes. The fresh snow was not deep. Our good snowshoes for heavier people had no issues.Read more

So glad I choose these over the ones that have to dino prints. My 2 and 5 year caught on quickly, like all kiddos just need to explain it. Like how similar they are to adult versions, will be much smoother transition when they get older. At first one of the straps came apart but easy to put back on.Read more
